We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Developer ready to lead our Data League Innovation team. In this role, you will focus on the following key areas:
- Designing and implementing robust backend systems for data-intensive applications.
- Collaborating with frontend and product teams to align technical objectives with business goals.
- Optimizing database and service layer performance for seamless scalability.
- Conducting code reviews and leading technical workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and methodologies to apply innovative solutions.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on scalable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
